Tasks in
INSPIRE
|
As a CoP-facilitator (and co-facilitator), you are responsible – either yourself – or for the
delegation / distribution of the following tasks:
- coordination and ‘running’ of the
CoP
- managing practical organisation and
logistics
- planning and facilitation
of meetings
- planning and overseeing progress of
CoP-activities
- serving as contact point and intermediary
between INSPIRE KSH and CoP-members
- participating and contributing to
INSPIRE KSH Board meetings

As an INSPIRE Mentor, you
will
- provide process support for CoPs – such as:
Mentoring, expert-support, expertise, consultancy, training, critical friend-support,
…
- liaise with and support
CoP-facilitators
- offer
training
|
As an INSPIRE Expert, you
may
- offer support and input to CoPs and others through your field
specific and/or deep-knowledge expertise within Gender Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, feminist
practices
- offer context–sensitive input and
advice
- offer training
- be listed in INSPIRE’s open access expert
database
- contribute to INSPIRE’s Service
Portfolio
- be called on to give input to other INSPIRE
activities: conferences, workshops, dialogues, open channel INSPIRE QA, INSPIRE Unplugged
Series

Qualifications /
requirements
|
You are a member of the CoP, and you
- are interested and maybe experienced in
facilitating / managing a CoP or network
- have the other CoP members’ mandate to serve as
its (co-)facilitator
|
You are an experienced Gender Equality, Diversity and / or Inclusion practitioner from a Research and Innovation
Organisation or similar, wherefrom you have practical experience with implementing GE interventions, structural change
and/or inclusive gendered innovations
for instance:
- from a European GE-structural change
project
- a GE Academy
Trainer
- from Advance HE / Athena SWAN
|
You
- are an expert in any field within a feminist, Gender Equality,
Diversity and / or Inclusion field or discipline,
- are a scholar, practitioner, and / or policy
maker
- wish to contribute your expertise to the wider INSPIRE
community
|
INSPIRE provisions /
support
|
As a CoP-(co-)Facilitator, you will
- have access to INSPIRE resources and
infrastructure, including a dedicated platform for your CoP
- be able to contribute to INSPIRE research and
other output, such as case studies and policy dialogues
- receive support from INSPIRE KSH and
experts
- receive first-hand information about INSPIRE
activities, events, resources and output

As an INSPIRE Mentor, you will
- work closely with CoPs around their specific and
requested themes
- receive timely and relevant resources and
information to support you in your role as Change Catalyst
- have access to INSPIRE resources and
infrastructure
- receive first-hand information about INSPIRE
activities, events, resources and output
|
As an INSPIRE Expert, you will
- have access to INSPIRE resources and
infrastructure, including a dedicated platform for your CoP
- be able to contribute substantially to INSPIRE
research and other output, such as case studies and policy dialogues
- receive support from INSPIRE KSH and
experts
- receive first-hand information about INSPIRE
activities, events, resources and output
